Your Sales Wisdom class should be mandatory for anyone who is in Sales. You focused on three of the most important aspects of sales, listening to the client, building relationships, and how to control your attitude. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and learned some critical techniques on how to approach the client. Thanks again!! It was awesome!

23 Feb 2010 Overall it was a great course and continued to build off the first two courses. I really enjoy Peter's leadership and sales knowledge. Looking forward to 104 and using more of his techniques.
I think we got off track a little and had to rush through the last part of the course.

22 Dec 2009 I recently participated in the Sales Wisdon @ C-Level workshop. It was a very enlightening experience, especially for someone who has a strong technical and operational background.The workshop was very well setup with both instruction type learning and a lot of participation from attendees. It made the workshop that much more fun to learn the concepts. I now feel that I at least have the confidence to speak to new opportunities with existing and new clients. This is very important in my job and to the continued success of CSC.

The class participation along with Peter's explanations and examples really help you grasp and apply the teaching. The information applies both to sales and delivery roles. The teachings have been really helpful for me in working in an account team role.
